GABY TRIANA is the Cuban-American author of 25 books for adults and teens, including Moon Child, Island of Bones, River of Ghosts, Wake the Hollow, Cubanita, and Summer of Yesterday. Her short stories have appeared in A Tribute to Alvin Schwartz's Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Classic Monsters Unleashed, A Conjuring for All Seasons, Combat Monsters, and Weird Tales Magazine. She co-authored YouTube ghosthunters Sam & Colby’s horror novel, Paradise Island, and edited the ghost anthologies Literally Dead: Tales of Halloween Hauntings and Literally Dead: Tales of Holiday Hauntings.

Gaby has also ghostwritten 57 books for bestselling authors and celebrities, from middle grade to adult romance, to horror, memoirs, and thought leadership. Her books have won the IRA Teen Choice Award, ALA Best Paperback, and Hispanic Magazine's Good Reads Awards. As Gabrielle Keyes, she is the author of paranormal women’s series, Dead and Breakfast, and she just sold her 28th manuscript, DARK AND DANGEROUS THINGS, to Angry Robot Books.
